Abri-Form briefs come in four levels of absorbency, numbered 1 through 4. The letter preceding the number indicates the size of the brief. Note that not all absorbencies are available in all sizes:

Available in medium and large only, the Plus brief offers the most discreet fit (similar to Depend^®), while still maintaining outstanding absorbency. Naturally, it has the lowest cost per piece.

Available in XS, through XL, the Super brief is more absorbent than the Plus, but not as bulky as the X-Plus or Extra. Very good for daytime use and easily "invisible" under just about any clothing.

The Extra is more absorbent than the super, but not as thick as the X-Plus. Absorbency approaches that of the X-Plus but it is significantly less bulky. It is available in Medium and Large.

For small through XL sizes, the X-plus is the top of the line brief, offering maximum capacity and protection. It is our most popular adult diaper, and among the best and most absorbent adult diapers on the market today.
