What are your hours?
Our regular business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m., pacific time. If you have a question or would like to place a phone order after hours, please do not hesitate to leave a message. In many cases we will call you back, even if it is an evening or weekend.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we gladly accept PayPal payments. To pay by PayPal you must have a PayPal account. Please follow these steps to make sure your order is processed accurately:
1) Use the online shopping cart to pick your items.
2) Go to checkout, then click "proceed to secure payment"
3) Copy the order details from the top of the secure payment page and paste them in the "Notes" section of the PayPal "send payment" page. This will ensure that the correct shipping and tax are applied. If it looks a little messy, don't worry, we can read it on this end.
4) Enter the total amount in the payment box.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, however your order will not ship until the check has cleared. To order by check, choose the items you would like to purchase and then proceed to the secure checkout. Print the order form and mail it to us, along with a check or money order for the total amount. Our mailing address is:

What kind of browser do I need to use your site?
In order to use our site, your web browser needs to support tables and JavaScript. Most browsers released in the last four years support these features. Examples of supported browsers are:
The shopping cart doesn't seem to be working.
The shopping cart uses Javascript and Cookies to keep track of the items in your basket. You need to have JavaScript and Cookies turned on in order to use the shopping cart. Most browsers have both turned on by default. If you do not know how to check this, refer to your browser's help function.
Is it safe to order online? How do you protect my personal information?
To ensure the security of your billing information, we utilize the services of eProcessing Network to provide 128-bit secure encrypted transaction processing. Your credit card number is not stored on our servers, and in fact, is not provided to us at all. Your credit card transaction is a secure communication between yourself, the credit card processor and your credit card company. This ensures that a malicious individual cannot 'steal' your card information off of our servers.
The checkout page says I need 128 bit encryption. What does this mean?
In order to ensure the security of your information, our credit card processor requires the use of the strongest encryption commonly available. Most browsers automatically support this, however some do not. Most notably, Internet Explorer 4 and 5 often require installation of the Windows high encryption pack before they will function with our secure checkout.
I'm still having trouble with the secure checkout, or I'm not comfortable ordering online. Are there other ways to process my order?

Can you bill my insurance company or medicare directly?
At this time we are not authorized to bill insurance on our customers behalf. In some cases you can have your insurance company reimburse you for all or part of the cost of your purchase.
