Shipping:
Is shipping really free on cases?
Yes. The cost of shipping is included in all case prices. Although there is truly no such thing as "free" shipping, it costs considerably less in labor and material to ship full, unbroken cases. Because of this, we are able to cover the cost of shipping at no additional charge to you. Please note that the free shipping offer only applies to orders shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground service to addresses in the lower 48 states.
How long will it take to get my order?
Unless special service is selected, orders are shipped via FedEx ground or UPS ground. We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are placed. Ground delivery in the continental takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, please see the sections below.
Can I get it faster than that?
Absolutely. Simply select your desired shipping method at checkout. If you need it faster than 2nd Day Air, please call us at 1-888-485-2268 for pricing on overnight shipment.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, however UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes. Therefore, any shipments to PO boxes must be sent through the US postal service. We have now upgraded our shopping cart to automatically calculate shipping cost for USPS Priority mail, simply by selecting that shipping option at checkout. If you would like to have your order shipped by parcel post please call us at 1-888-485-2268.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
We will gladly ship to Alaska and Hawaii. As you might expect, our regular Ground and 2nd Day Air rates do not apply. Expereince has taught us that USPS Priority Mail is the least expensive method to ship items to Alaska and Hawaii. You can simply select this option at checkout and have your order sent straight away. Delivery to major cities is normally completed within 3 to 4 business days. If you live in Prudhoe Bay or the back-roads of Kauai, it might take a bit longer. If you need alternative service such as FedEx or parcel post, please call us at 1-888-485-2268.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. The shopping cart will automatically apply the correct shipping charge by selecting "AirMail to Canada" as the shipping method. Normal delivery time is approximately 5-12 business days, although it depends heavily on the speed at which Canadian customs processes the package. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 30 days. Please note that customs regulations require us to include a "detailed and accurate" description of the order contents on the customs declaration form. The writing is small and generally does not cause any embarrassment. However, if you require 100% anonymous delivery, it is best to order from a local supplier.
What about shipping to Europe/Asia/Antarctica/etc...?
We can ship almost anywhere in the world but the shipping costs are generally prohibitive. Please email us first if you are ordering from somewhere far away.
Do you ship using discreet packaging?
Yes.
discreet packaging may have:
- Barcodes
- Numbers
- and of course, the shipping label
discreet packaging will
NOT have:
- Our name or logo
- The manufacturers name or logo
- Any descriptive text or images.
- Size or quantity of the order.
Bottom line - discreet packaging means that only you will know the contents of your order.
For your privacy all domestic orders in plain pacakging are also shipped with a discreet return address that includes only the initials "XP" and our street address. The words "medical", "incontinence", "diapers", etc. will not appear anywhere on the outside of the box.
