Customer over 15 years, their services have been sliding downhill further each year. My products are never in stock any more. Most recent order was 3 boxes. One had wrong tracking number. One arrived damaged AND OPEN due to poor packing. One arrived in a printed Abena L4 box, no attempt at discretion. Now their website doesn't even work to browse the full line of products. Officially done, your competitors got my business.
Glad I could still find reasonably affordable options despite the trade wars. Always a great company to work with.
The website usually functions well, it did today. I am so glad you added an autoship option. The products are good. And if I have an issue the customer service, both by phone and email, is great.
